All entries become the sole property of Trimerica Mortgage Corporation (the 'Sponsor') and will not be returned. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Sponsor, as the independent judge, which are final and binding.

1. Log on to www.trimerica.com and click on the Apply Online link. Fill out the application form completely. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PST) 06/30/2004. Date of entry will be based on Pacific Standard Time and will be determined based on the automated date/time stamp assigned upon Sponsor's receipt of entry.

ENTRY BY MAIL:
1. Complete and return the application form attached to the Trimerica mailer you received, or

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 06/30/2004 and received by 07/9/2004.

ELIGIBILITY:
The sweepstakes is open only to applicants for loans secured by residential real estate in California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Utah Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family members and those living in the same household) of Sponsor or its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Sponsor may request verification of the eligibility of winners, including authorized account holder information.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:
One (1) Sweepstakes winner will be selected on or around 07/15/2004 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via certified, first class mail or via phone on or about 07/19/2004 and will have five (5) days to claim their prize. If Sponsor is unable to make contact with the winner within five (5) days after Sponsor first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize, Sponsor will select an alternate winner by a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries subject to the same rules and condition set forth herein. Likewise, in the event that an entry from selected is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, an alternate winner will be selected.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE:

Failure to comply with any of these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Except where prohibited, winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and publicity release within five days of prize notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Prizes may not be -transferred or substituted by the winners.
